Meetings
At 100 Women Who Care Fort Macleod & Area, we keep things simple, impactful, and efficient. Our Board and Members meet virtually on a quarterly basis, with a meeting invitation sent out in advance. Each meeting lasts no more than one hour.
Here’s what our virtual gatherings typically include:
-
Welcome & Introductions (5 minutes) – A brief hello from our Board and an overview of the evening’s agenda.
-
Application Review Recap (10–15 minutes) – We’ll revisit the nominated applications to highlight the incredible local work being done.
-
Online Voting Review (5 minutes) – A quick reminder of how voting works and confirmation that member votes have been tallied.
-
Recipient Announcement (5 minutes) – We’ll reveal the selected organization for that quarter and share a bit about how their funds will make an impact.
-
Closing & Next Steps (5 minutes) – Information on how to contribute directly, what’s coming up next, and a quick thank-you.
We keep things short, meaningful, and focused on collective impact. No event planning, no ongoing fundraising—just an hour each quarter that changes lives in our community.
